  • Simply choose how many meals you want per week, and we'll handle the rest. Our 10-week rotating menu ensures variety, delivering freshly cooked meals right to your door—ready to be enjoyed. Just heat, eat, and enjoy the convenience of fresh meals without the hassle of meal prep.

  • Our meal services are fully compatible with NDIS meal structure requirements. For the best outcome, please book a dietitian consultation to ensure your meals meet your specific dietary needs and preferences.

  • All meals are carefully curated and tested by our Accredited Practising Dietitians and cooked by our qualified chefs. With dietitians and nutritionists overseeing the kitchen, you can trust that your diet is in the best hands.

  • Absolutely! We offer a $60, 30-minute consultation with a dietitian to tailor your meal plan to your specific dietary requirements. Contact us to schedule your personalised session.

  • Meals are delivered fresh on Monday evenings between 4-8pm.

  • Signing up is easy! Click the 'Order Now' button on our website, select the number of meals and the frequency of delivery, and we'll get started on preparing your order.

  • Yes, all meals are cooked fresh by our chefs using quality ingredients and immediately chilled for delivery to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

  • No, our service is flexible. You can pause, cancel, or change your meal plan anytime with at least 4 days notice.

  • Yes, we require a minimum order of at least 4 meals weekly.

  • Chronic health conditions: Managing or preventing conditions including diabetes, heart, kidney or liver disease, stroke , Parkinson’s, MS, high cholesterol, cancer, or gastrointestinal disorders (IBS, IBD, diverticulitis, coeliac disease).

    • Tube feeding

    • Fussy eating or disability traits impacting dietary intake such as selective eating or sensory sensitivity, ASD, ADHD, cerebral palsy.

    • Factors impacting an individual’s ability to eat including low appetite, nausea, vomiting, gastrointestinal symptoms, and difficulty swallowing or eating.

    • Food intolerances, allergies, or special/texture-modified diets (dysphagia).

    • Mood and eating disorders

    • Changes in medication that are impacting dietary intake

    • Significant blood test results requiring dietary intervention (low iron, high cholesterol, anemia).

    • Skill development: to build cooking skills, meal planning, and food preparation for those who struggle to prepare food independently.

  • a. We offer a wide range of services including pre-prepared meals, nutrition consultations, tailored resources and treatment plans.

    b. We also provide corporate wellness programs that include seminars and tailored resources, customisable to meet the specific needs of your colleagues.

  • a. We offer a 10-week rotating menu, consisting of four meal varieties each week. We tailor our meals to your requirements, whether you are lactose intolerant, vegetarian, or on a texture-modified diet.

  • Yes, our services are rebatable through Medicare under the GP Allied Health 5 session referral, which can provide a rebate of around $53 per session. Private health coverage depends on your insurer and your policy's premium; please check with your provider for specific details.

  • Yes, we provide consultations via telehealth, allowing you to access our services from anywhere in Australia.

  • Our corporate wellness programs can include seminars, practical resources, and tailored catering. We can also create a custom package to suit a mix of these services depending on your and your employees' needs.

  • You can book directly through our online booking system or email us at info@brainofadietitian.com. It's advisable to book ahead to secure your preferred time slot.

  • We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancelation fee.

  • Prior to your appointment, please complete an Initial Consultation Form and

    prepare a 3-day food diary. If you have relevant bloodwork, please send this to your dietitian. This will help us tailor our advice and recommendations to your specific nutritional needs.

  • Yes, we offer online consultations for international clients via our video conferencing platforms.
